This egg poacher is fantastic. The eggs come out perfect every time and it’s very simple to use. It’s honestly become a big time saver in the kitchen and definitely worth the money. The only minor issue is when you remove the tray after cooking. The holder for the egg cups doesn’t give you a great way to grab and move it, so transferring it to the counter to cool can feel a little awkward. When you set it down, the individual egg cups can shift or tip out of the holder and sometimes roll around, which makes the whole transition a bit clumsy. Other than that small design quirk, it works extremely well and consistently makes great poached eggs. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Nice egg poacher! Don't over fill the bottom, your cups shouldn't float at all. I spray a smidge of Pam olive oil in each cup and wipe it around with a paper towel. The lid does fit properly, but you have to make sure the handles of the cups aren't in the way. I can also say use a clean dry dish towel or rag to remove the cups, they are hot! The poached eggs slide out easily, I haven't had to use the spatula to remove them. Super easy to use and makes super good eggs! A bit on the pricey side but worth it.

I didn't receive a spatula with the pan, and the box was plain, not as pictured, thus no instructions. I also had to figure out how to get the eggs out when cooked, but fortunately I had another small spatula handy which worked. I found I need to use less water, (too much water in the pan means that boiling water comes out the steam holes and runs into the cups, thus over cooking the eggs) and it is also necessary to put oil or butter very lightly in each poaching cup before the eggs are added or the egg whites stick to the cups and that residue is very difficult to remove. I am pleased that the pan itself looks like it will be useful for small saute recipes and maybe even a couple of scrambled eggs. Also glad that it is , in fact, an induction compatible pan. The magnet test confirmed this before I used it. The most important thing is that the eggs become lovely true poached eggs and easy to serve for a great breakfast

My husband likes a runny yolk - so over easy or poached - I like a firm yolk so scrabbled or hard boiled. With this pan I can make us both eggs at the same time the way we each like them. I start mine and set the timer for 7 minutes. After 3.5 minutes I put his in. His have a perfectly cooked but runny yolk and mine are cooked all the way through. This pan is PERFECT. I did buy a longer spatula separately to use with it as the one it comes with is quite short - it works but I like a longer handle for the spatula is all. All the parts come apart for easy cleaning and cause the egg cups are non stick they clean up easy too (definitely use some oil or butter before you put the egg in the cup or they will get stuck I promise) The cup handles are hot when you first open the lid so use an oven mitt to take the cup out and put it on a plate to cool for a minute before you try to touch it with your fingers (or just use small oven mitts to hold onto it while you remove the egg). Because there is a lot of steam happening as they cook, you have to be careful when you raise the lid not to let the condensation from the lid pour into one of the egg cups. If that happens though you can just use the spatula to hold the egg back and tilt it and pour the water back into the pan before you plate the eggs. Bottom line - I like it very much. I have used it on both electric and gas ranges and it works great on either.

We love poached eggs and this pan makes it so easy. I fill the pan with water just until the poachers start to float. Also spray the poaches with cooking spray including the tray. I do this so when I spill a little of the egg white. it comes off easily. Bring the water to a strong boil, remove the pan from heat ( so the steam won't scald you )(donot turn down the heat) and put in the eggs. Replace cover, return to the heat and cook for 3 min and 50 seconds. This makes perfectly cooked eggs with soft runny centers and firm whites. Yummy.

As advertised. Well made and works great. Easy to clean. This is professional quality. I’ve cooked eggs 5/6 times and eggs always come out perfect.

a very neat and well constructed poached egg/omlette/smal frying pan. It was delivered on time and very well packaged so arrived in excellent condition. Would highly recommend this supplier, a little expensive but well worth the money. ias I only received it very recently and have only just washed it prior to use I am reassured by the good instructions that this appliance will be 'super' fine.

Simple, easy to use and easy to clean. Turned out perfect poached eggs. No fuss and no sticking and soooooooo easy!!!!

Pretty good. Could be better if there weren’t any ‘forever chemicals’ in the non-stick coating.

Good quality, eggs always come out perfect, easier than I imagined to clean, considering part of it is stainless steel, but it cleans quite well.
