I had a dilemma that made me accidentally find this product.I realized that my summer foundation isn't right for me in the winter since my skin is much lighter, and beyond that, my face is actually a different color than my neck and chest (a lot more red mostly). I read about two ways to deal with this: either apply makeup to the neck/chest to match the color of the face (this seems silly and weird), or get a foundation matching the neck/chest to make the face match.I got my usual brand of foundation (NARS) in a much lighter color than I'm used to, and I noticed that it seemed to just kind of slide around my skin and not stick very well. I would see little pools of light makeup in my pores, but the red of my skin would show through the rest of the areas, especially on my nose. I had to put on a lot more foundation than ever before since it wasn't staying, and I felt like I was wearing (poorly applied) clown makeup.I decided what I needed was some sort of makeup primer to make my foundation stay where I put it. I had used one back in the day of powder foundations, but never since I switched back to liquid foundation years ago. When I started researching I randomly saw this GREEN primer that would counter-act any redness. I read reviews of this product on many different websites, and I decided to give it a go even though the reviews were pretty mixed.HOLY CRAP, y'all. Where has this been all my life? How have I survived this long without it? I was unsure of how putting something very green on my mildly red face would make me look anything but ill, but it's like magic. I can't even describe the consistency with any justice, so I'll just say it's silky and feather-light. It glides like a dream, and makes my foundation also glide (and stay) like a dream. While applying it for the first time I yelled something like "HOLY SH*T!" and my bf had to come and check on me (lol). I kept looking at my face throughout the day to see if my makeup was still going strong (it was).I will say that my face is only mildly red, and is pretty uniform all over. For someone with patchy or really red skin, I'm not sure how well the green color will cancel it out, or how much more you'd have to apply to make it do so. For someone with mild red face issues, this product is amazing.

Ho chiesto specificatamente il color correcting VERDE che conoscevo già benissimo come prodotto per correggere i rossori e la couperose. Mi hanno mandato il primer color rosa per uniformare il colorito.Non faccio il reso solo perchè tra spedizione e attesa del rimborso andiamo a Natale.Proverò ad ordinarlo sul sito ufficiale , sperando che non ci siano altre incomprensioni.

I tried another high price face primer with unpleasant fragrance, when applied too close to eyes , by sides of nose,burned my eyes like fire!I use smashbox color correcting as a primer. My age is 35+ so my skin is not oily. Women with oily skin may not like this. I love that a pea size drop takes all redness from my face.
