Be careful about sizing
After reading many reviews online several people said to buy the large because the medium was too small to fit up on the thighs, so I ordered a large. However the band is almost too lose and falls off of my thighs when I'm working out. I'm 5'4 and around 145-150lbs for reference. Should have bought a medium and let it stretch out. Overall the quality of the band is good. I have since ordered a medium and use it in my physical therapy practice as well. Over time, the threading begins to unravel a bit and rubber bands from inside begin to snap and show through the material (this is after MANY patient uses over a 1-2 year span) but it does its job and is still sturdy enough to be used.

Lasted a good two weeks.
I’m not a strong girl. I got this after wanting to use a slightly heavier resistance band. I would do my basic glute warmups with this. It was also not stretchy at all and I could barely move around in it.It lasted for a few weeks before I noticed that the rubber began tearing. First the condom, now this? Can life get any worse?

Do you ever find yourself trying those Instagram workouts with no results after just five days. Introducing the Hip Circle from Slingshot (a Marky Mark Bell product) to help maximize those 15min workouts. Have you ever thought to yourself “ damm, I wish I was a big booty hoe” but don’t want to work for it. This product may be for you.On a serious note if you are still reading this review. This product is great for warm ups on any leg/ lower body workout day. I use the hip circle to warm up on Sqat days or deadlifts. A good warm up always helps me perform better during my entire workout.

Awesome glute workout
I bought these in both the medium and the large. I use the medium to start my workouts and for most exercises and move onto the large when my legs and glutes feel like they're going to fall off. I get SUCH good glute engagement with these when I do hip thrusts. HIGHLY recommend these. I used to use the regular rubber ones that come in packs of 3-5, they never had the right resistance, they slid around, and they smelled weird. These stay in place, offer the PERFECT resistance (and you can double them up if you need more), and they are super durable.

It does a great job in activating my glutes and forces me to ...
I recently hurt my knee making me realize I'm a quad dominant squatter. This hip circle really emphasizes that every time I use it. It does a great job in activating my glutes and forces me to sit back more when squatting. I'm hoping long term use will effectively correct my form for my barbell squats.

Great for warming up prior to squats, will activate your glutes as well
I’m a physical therapist, avid weight lifter and have watched 1 too many Mark Bell youtube videos which resulted in me buying the sling shot.Sizing: I’m 5’8 and 170 lbs- I bought the large and I am pleased with my sizing decision. Several of my clients have used this including my wife who is 130 lbs.Durability: I’m writing this review after using this product for two years. I’ve used it heavily and have had no issues. The band is still like new and has not lost any resistance. I use it prior to squatting as a warm up. My wife uses it for the same purpose. I’ll put it around my thighs and do monster walks (forwards and backwards) and side to sides.Exercise: I like that this band does not slip off and it offers a good bit of resistance. Is it my go to for glute exercise, no, but it’s great for glute activation prior to doing squats, hip thrusts or three weigh hips with weights.Compared to bands: I would say they serve two different purposes. I mostly like the sling shot for warm up and a few exercises. With bands you can do a lot more (three way hip, shoulder work, rows, back exercises etc). The sling shot is best for warming up your lower body.Overall: Great product, held up well, good to use before a squat warm up.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE CRAP AT BIG 5 that's nothing more than elastic ribbon
SAVE your money and get it! Do not attempt the less expensive rubber competitors. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE CRAP AT BIG 5 that's nothing more than elastic ribbon. My wife got these for her booty workout and they're phenomenal. They're recommended by the "Butt Man" himself, Bret Contreras, and they work. I am so impressed by the difference in resistance, consistency, comfort, quality, and just about any other attribute they have. You will not be disappointed. Save your money and buy it once.

Tight fit
A lot tighter than expected. I can barely get this past my knees it’s so tight. I got the medium and now I wish I would’ve purchased the large. I’m 5’6” 118lbs. I really thought the medium would be a good fit for me. I actually have pretty lean legs and thought if I sized up it wouldn’t stay up. I wish I would’ve purchased the large. Hoping this helps someone else.

Hip circle
Robust construction, good amount of stretch while maintaining tension. Great for warming up your hips and glutes before a leg workout. Over all great product. Size guide is also pretty accurate.

Resistance strength
Quite strong resistance but thought it would be slightly harder resistance

Nice to have, nothing great
Its OK. Helps activate muscles in and around the legs before a squat,dead-lift workout or what have you. It more or less does all that which maybe make a 1% difference in my workout, it isn't quite as helpful as I hoped it would be. Like I said, it's OK, If I were to need another one I would probably look for a cheaper band.

Solid Product
Works well for hip stabilization exercises and stretches. If you are a beginner, this band might provide too much resistance. Solid product.
