Didn't get the bolt out and it was bigger than 19mm.

I have a pancake compressor and a harbor freight 1/2” impact. This socket with all of its mass did the trick. After about three seconds the crank pulley bolt came spinning off. The 50mm crank holding tool did a great job of holding while I torqued the bolt back down with another 19mm socket. There is no need to use the giant socket supplied through the center of the tool to torque the bolt back down. I also broke the bolt loose before I tore into everything so I wouldn’t have to worry about knocking timing out or anything else later.

The are missed matched and you can't use them together like your supposed to. The socket is too big to fit inside. Individual items seem to be ok and sturdy just had to buy another socket to use with the other tool.

I purchased this to stabilize the crankshaft pulley as I removed the bolt during my timing belt replacement. The thick walled socket was recommended do to the high torque. Both tools performed as described however, the socket does not fit into the tool, which would have made this so much easier. So, if you purchase these, expect to have the socket machined down to fit inside the tool. Other than that, great price for a well forged tool.

Both of these items work great. The socket really helps with getting the crank bolt out with an impact.

A little expensive for a one time use 😟
