Do they have dusk/dawn feature or are they on all the time?

Dusk to dawn , but one of mine doesn’t come on till you mess with the switch underneath.Other than that good lights, light beam is adjustable wide to narrow.

Why do the lights not come on at dusk when in "Auto" mode?

Not enough sun that day to charge the batteries.

How long do the lights last each night?

Hello, they should last few days when fully charged but keep in mind as they age the battery will age as well and you will have less life over time. Thank you

Can i hook up the light fixture directly to my 12V landscape system and not use the batteries?

Not sure. We just use the solar They work perfectly and provide much needed light in the country darkness. I’m Happy with this brand. Costco and amazon sell this brand. Sorry I couldn’t answer
