Perfect size
I use this light box to examine slides and microfiche. It has 3 levels of brightness and it is small and thin enough to slip into a pocket of my backpack. Excellent value.

Perfect!
I was looking for a small, light tablet, that would fit into the leg of a pair of white cotton pants. That sounds crazy, but I wanted to trace the outlines of some artwork so I could paint the designs using fabric paints. The three way light worked perfectly, shining through both layers of cotton at its brightest setting, which made tracing so easy and my project super easy to do. As I wrote in the headline...Perfect!

Very nice and compact, light bleed is annoying
I last used a light box ~20 years ago, so it's pretty wild to get something so thin, small, and portable that also has such even light. It makes sense, given modern LED displays, but it's still neat.I got a different brand first that had bad quality control (lots of scratches) and had you dim up and down to the setting you wanted. That was a pain. This one just has you tap between dim, medium, bright, and off. Way way better and more logical. It's just a light box - you don't need fine grained control of the brightness, you need a few levels.I only took a star off because light bleeds out of the sides of this thing like crazy. I'll probably put some paint or nail polish or tape or something around the edges to stop it, but I wish they had done that at the factory. I mean, they already put black on some parts of the acrylic, they could have just coated the edges, too.But yeah, I'd buy this again. Certainly worth the $15 price.

Smaller size is perfect for travel
I can place into my backpack as I travel so I can do my Diamond Art Kits.

Does not match description
Did not match description. Amazon description said it was battery powered. It was not.Here is Amazon's description:Color A5Material A5-P-BlackBrand XIAOSTARPower Source Battery PoweredLight Source Type Light Emitting Diode (LED)And the title even talks about a "charge cable".But, there is no battery. The panel does not work unless connected to a power source.
