Basic Research FBL Fat Burning Protein Vanilla, 14.6 Ounce

I'm on my third bottle and I absolutely love it. My goal was to get toned. And this helped me do just that combined with a workout regimen. I'm starting to see my abs surfaced. Mom of 2. My favorite feature I have to say is the fact that it's also a cleanser. It makes go the royal throne regularly WITHOUT irritation. It's amazing how much the body stores. I mean to see that much waist coming out my body everyday, it reassures me that this product delivers. I use it in my daily fruit smoothie as one meal replacement and quite pleased with both taste and performance. They recommend using it twice a day but it still works for me. No diets for me. Lots of water. Limited sugar

I have been using this product daily since July, and I love it!! The taste is awesome, and I have lost almost 10 pounds. I excercised regularly, and ate healthy, but I had not been able to lose those last few pounds. This product definitely helped kick start my body, and some of those last pounds started falling off. It says to use twice a day, but I have only been using once a day. I'm thinking of starting the twice daily use, just to see how quickly it can help get me to my goal size. I would absolutely recommend this product. (The chocolate flavor is also good, but the vanilla is my favorite)

I got this not for weight loss so much, but for nutrition in 2 smoothies a day. I love the flavor and that it really isn't chalky which is what I was afraid of. I really didn't want/need a muscle building one.

I decided not to use this product because the label says that in CA they are required to put on the label that it contains lead. After doing some research, a lot of these fat burning or protein powders have lots of lead. do your research first!

Don't buy.

This is my second day using this powder. I received it a couple of days ago an yesterday I mixed it with a banana and half cup of coconut milk. It was sooooo good but, I thought it was probably the banana that made it taste so good. When I make smoothies, I use 1/2 cup of 45 calories per cup coconut milk, a bit of vanilla, ice, collagen powder, Clear nu Stevia, about three pinches of seasalt and an ice. It makes about a 20 ounce glass smoothie. Today, I did not have a banana so I followed the same recipe: !. scoop of powder 2. seasalt (4 pinches) 3. 1/2 cup coconut milk with one dropperful of stevia (Clear Nu Stevia) 4. collagen powder 5. about three to four handfuls of ice. Then blend in my Vitamix. I poured it in my 20 ounce glass and shook a generous amount of cinnamon on top and swirled it a little. I can't tell you how good this drink is. It was too sweet but still GREAT. I had to look to see how much sugar is in the powder it was so sweet. There's only one gram so I can deal with that. Tomorrow, I'll adjust the stevia to one half dropperful and see what happens. I like to experiment with different things in my smoothies, like instant coffee, coffee flavor, almond... fruit, things like that. But I have to tell you THIS IS THE BEST POWDER THAT I'VE EVER BROUGHT!!! GET SOME.

This product contains lead! It has a warning label but, makes me wonder why add it to the food product to begin with.

Shipped on time. Flavor is pretty good for a protein shake. low calorie compared to most. Cost is reasonable compared to most protein shakes as well. I've been using for 2 weeks now with a sensible diet and exercise and have seen a difference in my belly. Almost at my 6 pack goal! To enhance the flavor I add 6-8 oz of water as directed then 4 oz of milk (organic lactose free 2%) and 2 shots of decaf espresso. The protein shake already has 40mg of caffeine. Makes it taste like a latte!
