This sheet of steel was advertised as .050" or 18-19 gauge thickness. It really only measures .039" thick with a micrometer which is between 19 and 20 gauge. They only advertise steel patch sheets in one thickness so it most likely wasn't miss packaged. Disappointing. At least it was packaged in thick cardboard.
