Nothing special, but unlike the little adaptor plug I bought previously this works properly and does not blow the keyboard.

Put those old keyboards and mice to use!
I have a spare PS2 keyboard and mouse for those occasions when an older machine turns up that needs to be dealt with, however they usually sit collecting dust. When I had a need for a new USB keyboard and mouse, instead of purchasing them I picked up this adapter and am glad I did.I've used this with Windows, macOS, Raspbian, and various Linux derivatives without any problems whatsoever. Perfect for making use of those old keyboards and mice with modern USB-A hardware.

Plug and Play
Connected keyboard and plugged adapter into PC and switched on. Had to wait a short while for Windows OS to sort itself out and install the required driver. Works as intended.
