Can these solar panels be run in series? If so, what is the maximum number of panels I can connect in series?

The maximum number depends on your solar charger. It will list a maximum voltage. Look at the specs and see what the open circuit voltage of the panel is. Then look at your battery charger for the max solar input voltage. It can range quite a bit, so it is very important. Divide the maximum voltage for the charger by the open circuit voltage of the panel. The whole number will be the max number of panels. For instance - If the max input for the charger is 150V and the panel will output 52V open circuit, 150/52 = 2.88. The maximum series panels would be 2. 2 x 52 - 104. As long as that number is at least 20V higher than your battery voltage, you should be golden. Also, look at the short circuit amps to make sure you are under the max current for the charger if you hook your panels in parallel. Series panels add voltage. Parallel panels add current.

Can this do a parallel or serial connection with the ecoflow solar panels?

What's the average power output? Seeing most people post between 78-100w. My battery can take up to 200w, wondering if I can hook up 2 of these?

I’ve gotten between 102-95 on mine and yes you can connect two. You would need to buy a Y connecter set.

Will this work with an ebl 300 watt?
