Zero Odor Pro - Commercial Strength Odor Eliminator & Neutralizer, Air Freshener, Room Deodorizer - Strongest Odor Eliminator Trigger Spray, 128oz Refill

I don't understand why this is so costly, but I've used it for years and it by far outperforms all of the other products I've tried, more than a dozen. Don't buy the spray bottle kits for three reasons: half of the sprayers don't work and they won't replace them unless you send the whole kit back, then the replacements won't work either; the spray bottles are opaque and there's expensive spillage when you can't see how full you're getting the bottles; and the kits are even less cost effective. But the product itself works outstandingly!

Customer service is great. Several years back before first buying zero odor pro I emailed questions and the company responded right away with complete answers. So now I've been using this for several years and each time it works. It simply does it's job and eliminates odors. Where the well known enzyme products failed, this worked like a champ. If you're new to it, just remember that when you first wet the spot the odor may seem worse, which of course it would. Wetting any odor will make it easier to smell. And be sure the zero odor pro goes as deep as the original stinky stuff, it can only neutralize what it touches. Let it dry, the magic happens as it dries! The faint tracer smell goes away as it dries, after drying nothing but clean. No fake flowery crap, just clean is left. I hate products with added flowery scents, they drive my allergies and asthma crazy, but zero odor pro is fine. Used it last week and I can stick my nose right into the car upholstery, perfect.

We had to remove cat urine from a beautiful fabric couch that we had not realized had urine on it because of its location in a room seldom used. By the time we realized the problem, multiple urine accidents had happened and the seat cushions were deeply soaked. We were overwhelmed. Did not think in any way we would be able to save it. I have had pets my entire life and used every pet scent remover on the market. In fact, I used another excellent Pet Odor Remover that has been my "go to" for years with my Bissell Pet Spot Pro on this first and it failed. I also tried an orange scented product which made the odor even worse.A neighbor recommended Zero Odor Pro which I had never heard of. Only because I trust her did I order the large size which was expensive. However, once again, you get what you pay for. It freakin' worked!!! No kidding!!! No scent, no oily residue, no damage to color or covers. If I had not experienced this I would not have believed it possible.BEFORE I used the Zero Odor, I washed the covers in washing machine (cool water, no soap-- twice) but the smell was still intense. I was afraid to use scented laundry soap (even Woolite) because I now had "orange smelling cat urine odor " from the other product I tried.So in a final Hail Mary we took the cushion covers off and soaked them in Zero Odor overnight in a large hefty black garbage bag. In the morning there was literally NO SMELL. No urine and no orange scent. Just--no scent at all except CLEAN. Put thru washer again and dried without heat in dryer. They are like new. I cannot state how amazing this product worked.We also sprayed (a lot) on the inner cushion material with the Zero Odor and let them air dry. No odor remaining on the inner cushions either!!I am NOT affiliated with anyone at this brand, had never heard of it before, and have not been paid in any way for this review. I am simply so blown away I had to write a review because I know other pet lovers have accidents as well and this saved us a couple thousand dollars on a new couch.

Zero Odor does a great job eliminating odors in the house and really helps with smells caused by pet run ins with skunks. In our experience, we've still had to bathe our dogs after they encounter a skunk since they're mostly inside dogs, but for totally outside dogs, this product alone would probably be sufficient. We've bought Zero Odor twice so obviously we like it. (I'm not sure what that says about our dogs' intelligence or the number of skunks we have in our area!)

I am hyper smell sensitive. I just got my upholstered furniture out of storage after three years and all I could smell was a stale scent that really bothered me. I don’t love the febreeze type items because that is just more smells. So after reading all the reviews I went with this. FYI, those that have said it smells like bleach are correct, however that does go away after a few days and I have not smelled the stale smell again. It is ridiculous that this gallon cost $75 and is NOT to be diluted, use as is. I poured it into a spray bottle and went to town. Nothing discolored and I am glad that I found this product, but $75?!?! For a neutralizing deodorizer seems like a ridiculous price. But again it does work.

Works just like it says. Cleans the air with a slight scent that quickly disappears. Leaves the room smelling clean.

This saved my sanity! A heated cat pad wreaked havoc as it caused VOC's from the bed and carpet beneath it to migrate t/o the house. It took a minute to identify the source and by then the ventilation system in the house had dispersed the VOC's onto every surface, linens, drapes, clothing in closet, etc. I purchased a carbon air purifier which wasn't helpful, provided ventilation as possible during winter, soaked clothes overnight in baking soda, washed and sprayed surfaces w/ 50/50 vinegar and had carpet pro cleaned. The latter were online recommendations. I was getting some relief of the odor but would have to repeat and repeat w/o full resolution. More research and found this product line. Of note the company was very attentive via email re resolving the odor in the carpet. I'll review separately for the detergent but between the 2 products I have resolved the odor substantially, ie 99%. The 1% is a random item from a cupboard that grabbed onto the odor. Zero should advertise more re how helpful this is for VOC odor b/c I was at my wit's end. I tried the multi-surface first but the pro formula was the way to go.
