It was folded
I bought the 12 in buckram and it had been folded. It would have been far better rolled. I had to get the creases out before I could use it but it was fine after that.

Packaging spoiled the product.
The packing team have no idea what this product is used for. It arrived flattened and folded. I did use it but it because I was on a deadline but it was less than satisfactory. I won't buy from this firm again.
