Effective upon arrival, seller won’t replace
This item arrived defective. It has three knobs the one in the middle that controls. The rest time did not work properly. It did not matter what setting I put it on. It would only do a rest. Period of 30 seconds. I could tell that I received a working product this would have been useful. I tried to return and replaced with the same item, but for no reason the seller canceled my order with no explanation. I will be going with another company.
