I installed it in 10 minutes without tools. There were no leaks or other imperfections. The shapes of the components were complex, but everything fitted perfectly. Beautifully designed and engineered.But I have a few suggestions for the company about the instruction sheet, which was otherwise clear, accurate and grammatical: (1) you use the term “thick washer.” The picture shows where it goes. However, it was already in place when I got the device, and I was reluctant to remove it to check if it was thicker than the other washers. (2) The device came with an extra washer. That worried me, but it did not seem to make a difference. You might mention an extra washer in the instructions. (3) One end of the hose goes to the holder on the shower arm, the other to the handle. The nuts on either end are shaped differently, and this matters. At first I attached the ends of the hose to the wrong places. I phoned the company to get advice. They answered at once and told me what I had done wrong.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I JUST RECEIVED THIS HOTEL SHOWER SPA… *SPA* IS A PERFECT WORD FOR THIS…IT HAS SEVERAL DIFFERENT SPRAYS AND THE ONE I CHOSE TO USE TODAY WAS * SIMPLY WONDERFUL… IT WAS A FULL SOFT SPRAY BUT YOU COULD REALLY FEEL IT… BETTER , BY FAR, THEN ANY SHOWER SPRAY I HAVE EVER HAD..IT HAS ANOTHER HOLDER THAT I COULD USE LOWER ON THE SHOWER WALL , WHICH I NEED… PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THIS **HIGH **QUALITY **SHOWER **HEAD… IT HAS SEVERAL COLORS TO PICK FROM..IT HAS A 6ft METAL HOSE… *NICE.. IT HAS EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE THAT A PERSON WOULD WANT… ITS NOT HUGE AND HEAVY BUT THE PERFECT SIZE.. ITS SO HARD TO PICK A SHOWER SPRAYER… THERE ARE SO MANY… I REALLY PICKED A # 1 WINNER.. HIGH QUALITY SHOWER HEAD… TRY IT… I DO NOT THINK YOU WOULD REGRET IT🇺🇸♥️☦️♥️🇺🇸

This was literally so easy to install. I was worried because the shower arm/pipe at my apartment didn't look like every one else's in the reviews (everyone else has a thin pipe coming out of the wall) so I wasn't sure it would fit. After worrying about how to attach it, I ordered a 1/2 inch nipple to give me a male end to screw this shower head into since my shower arm only had a female end. Turns out I didn't need it bc my apartment complex already had one installed from the old shower head. So I literally unscrewed the old showerhead and put the washer in both ends of the hose and the bracket and voila! It worked perfectly. Didn't even need the plumbers tape that was included. Dry as a bone. The new shower head was SO nice. However, I will say the bracket was very lightweight and did not feel very sturdy, so don't overtighten or it'll crack. Pretty sure it was made of plastic, but it works!

Pressure Good. Modes Great. Mounting - Terrible.The holster for the wand should be a little larger. It's current size has the connection nut sitting on top of the width of the holster. Ideally the handle should slide down a bit, or be more snug to keep the stream in the same direction. I'm not pinned against a wall due to the pressure, I'm backed up because the height of the stream is so high from how the mounting works.Not going to return it, small complaint. I may use the additional mount to place the wand lower, but the way that mount is designed, the stream ends up pretty horizontal using the wall mount.My only concern would be knocking it out of the holster due to it not being seated snugly.

Good product. The 2nd I've ordered. On sale during Prime days for $25 (ish). Works as stated. Good for adding some height to your shower head, improving spread and or intensity of water and great for washing the dog or cleaning your showere.with its pressure washer type spray nozzle outlet that can be chosen by the flip of a valve switch on the head. Easy to install and even comes with some Teflon tape but I've never needed it. The neoprene Washers seal up just fine.

This is nice! I previously had one with a dual shower head which was also nice.But why have two if you can manage just as nicely with one detachable shower head? It has an extra shower head holder for shorter people l Definitely needed that!I'm impressed with the different settings. So far so good. No leaks let's hope it stays that way.

The settings are so helpful and give great water pressure.It works so well I bought a second one for another bathroom.

I was nervous about replacing our old shower head as we loved it; however, this shower head works beautifully. t was easty to install, and I was particularly happy that the instructions showed how to remove the water saver insert, as we have very low water pressure. We are very pleased with the purchase.
