Easy to install, limited sensitivity adjustment
We have a light switch oddly placed in the far corner of a room (so you have to walk in the dim/dark to get to it). A motion sensor light switch was exactly what we needed. This switch works as advertised. The switch has a few modes covering a range of uses. For our use, we wanted it to only come on when the outside brightness was too low, but also not go off when we're in an adjacent area of the open concept living space. The first item, works brilliantly. The light learns what light level you want it to turn on at, and what light level you want it to stay off.As for the sensor, we have it at the far end of our dining area, which is open to the kitchen and living room. The light kept turning on when we were in the kitchen, a good 20+ft from the sensor. Even setting it to low sensitivity didn't solve the issue. Low and high didn't seem to make any difference in trigger distances. In the end I just took a piece of matte scotch tape, put it over the sensor, and the sensitivity was reduced to around 10 ft. Perfect for us.Other than the minor hack on the sensor, it's working perfectly for our usage now!

Automatic switches are something everyone should have.
Everyone needs to look at rooms they use and whether they could walk in and have the lights turn on automatically. The experience is not to be missed. I have chosen to install these for the light switches in my bathrooms. The sensitivity is excellent and easily reaches across my small bathrooms even out to 180° (parallel to the wall). Some cautions:1) The unit is not huge but is large. This wouldn't be a problem if the wires could be screwed to the back of the unit, like a normal switch, but it has wire tails that require nuts to join and all this takes space in the switch wall-box. Plan ahead with how these will install, especially with gang boxes.2) The sensors can see motion and don't seem to be fooled by air blasts (so long as those blasts don't move anything). However, they also can't see through glass. One of my units should be able to 'see' into a shower, but motion within is not detected despite the glass door. This unit has to have a longer time-out programmed to allow someone to shower safely, but that extends the light being on after the room is vacated.Anyway, minor gripes and the unit has settings to get around the limitations.Have a think about where these could be used and look up videos of people who have installed them for ideas. If you have kids, I can't see why you wouldn't own these for at least the bathroom.

I ordered more, the switch is so good.
I bought two switches, one for a dark hallway in the basement and one for my pantry. Both spots required the light to be on each time I entered, as they are both dark. This motion detector switch is priceless. No more messing trying to find the light switch, which in one case was hidden behind the door. They work perfectly. The instructions are great. One set of instructions if you have a neutral wire, and another set for if you do not have a neutral wire. The face plate does not come with this switch; I simply used the old ones. This is so great, I ordered two more: one for my dark laundry room and one for the garage. Bonus: no need to turn the lights off when you leave!

Very convenient and energy saving
I am not an electrician but I order one of this sensor switch to to in my laundry room. It did not disappoint me, love it. Every time we enter the garage to laundry room, we need to held the door and run in the dark to switch on the light. Such a hassle, and now with the sensor switch, every time we enter from the garage to laundry room , the light comes on automatically. Everyone in the house love this function and want add more to the house. Very easy to install, less than 10 min without any electrical knowledge. Definitely recommend this product to everyone who love be be a bit lazy with the light switch. Great product and good quality and value.

Great idea for forgetful people
I was pretty impressed with it I was skeptical from the name on the side but it seems to be holding up pretty good! It's a little loud when it clicks on and off and I find the one of the two I bought tends to turn on sometimes without being in front of the tracking radius. But not all the time. With that being said: There is multiple sensitivity settings that you can use when installing! There is a variety of time options from 20 seconds to 15 minutes. It's low profile design makes it perfect for the modern look. They are extremely easy to install! If the switch does break within the year I will change my review. But so far it is a solid 8/10 would buy!
