Bare feet are tougher than hands. How scratchy would this product be on hands, is it very sandpaper'ish?

Yes it is very sadpaper'ish it's very rough I wouldn't use this barefoot it will defiantly cut up your hands as I usually use my thumb on the grip tape to pick up my board I can see small cuts nothing that will cause me to bleed but it's called vicous grip for a reason
