Great computer even for a non-gamer
I bought this computer simply because I was not able to source a reasonably priced GeForce game-grade video card (the Bitcoin miners have driven the prices sky-high). I needed to have true 4k on both primary monitors with no glitching for doing in-office video editing, and other high-demand video projects. Not only does it handle those tasks with ease, I did find that I can now play Diablo III in its highest-performance settings all day long. It runs quiet and smooth - and I can run all FOUR of the displays at 4K simultaneously with zero lag or other issues. There are a few niggling negatives though - but I think these relate to it being a gamers computer:1. The zazzy colored fans were off-putting until I found the switch to turn the LEDs off LOL!2. There are NO SLOTS in the front panel - no optical drive slot, no place to land a USB panel or SD card reader panel, etc. NONE. You would have to change to an entirely different case to get that. But my workaround was imply to use USB extenders from the rear panel out to "stick on" readers on the front, and a USB panel on the front. Not a huge issue - but something you should be aware of.3. The included keyboard and mouse are just silly. Maybe for a 10 year old kid... but for any serious use, toss the included KB and mouse in the closet and upgrade to a business-grade Logitech etc. Why even include them? They are obviously just a cheapo "toss in" deal - could have shaved the $$ off the price of the box.But all in all, it's a FABULOUS machine - very well assembled and looks nice. I did have to ping their support via email (prior to purchase, just to confirm I could run 4K on both main monitors full time) and they were great to deal with!I would definitely buy it again - especially considering I paid about what it would cost just to buy the GeForce GPU that was included.5 stars

10/10 So Far
After upgrading from a PC that was about 5 or so years old, the difference is astounding. Average 20 second boot time, runs every game on Ultra settings with no issues, (including Cyberpunk + mods and RayTracing enabled). I don't notice any loud fans and it gets a little hot when playing Cyberpunk for an extended amount of time but no where near enough to cause any issues or diminish performance. I can't say I have any complaints. I've only used it for a week but so far, great experience. The only "issues" I ran into were quick fixes that took no longer than 2 minutes. My Bluetooth stopped working alongside an error regarding the USBs and not having enough power for all of them. I used two USB's in the back and the two located at the front. I think using all four is just a bit too much, so I would suggest getting a USB hub if you really need the extra connectors without running into the problem of not getting enough power. After unplugging the two USB devices, I updated my Bluetooth driver, restarted my PC, and haven't had any problems with either since.Unlike most prebuilts, this one actually looks like it's upgradable for the future, so that's comforting as well.

Did not work on delivery; customer service was horrid.
The day the computer arrived, I set it up according to the instructions, and turned it on. It lit up, but the monitor did not recognize the HDMI input. I switched HDMI chords, no change. I switched monitors, no change. I tried the display ports, no change. I walked through the included flowchart provided for if something does not work, and still no change. I decided to call customer service. The representative then asked me to take out the memory cards and reinsert them. I do this, but the cards do not properly click back into the slots. I tell him this, and he simply says to push harder. I do so, but they still won't click in. I tell him this again, and he proceeds to treat me like a moron and says "there's no trick, it's simple, it just clicks in". We went back and forth for a few minutes with me trying to explain that I know what clicking sounds and feels like and him just insisting that I don't. Finally I realize that there is a small, difficult to see chord that had been been blocking the memory card from properly clicking that had clearly been stuck therd from before I even turned on the computer. I move the chord and the memory cards click into place. At this point I'm deeply frustrated because the computer came with a quality control checklist that stated that they had turned it on and checked functionality before sending it, which was clearly not true. If I had known that or if the customer service representative could have stopped treating me like an idiot for two seconds and considered that maybe I wasn't the problem, we might have discovered an actual problem sooner. I try the computer again after slotting the memory cards back in, and it still doesn't work.At this point the customer service representative says that I'll just have to buy replacement parts. I was under the impression that the computer came with a year warranty for parts and labor, and I ask about this, to which he says, "oh yeah, you can just send it back to us and we'll fix it for free"..... THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY THAT BEFORE TRYING TO GET ME TO SPEND MY OWN MONEY ON FIXING IT?!?!?!?!?He walks me through the process of requesting that they fix it, and tells me that they'll send me the shipping label later that day. I get an automatic email an hour later saying it will be 2-3 days before they can get to my request. That's fine, I can wait. Cut to two WEEKS later and they had not done anything at all. Finally I just decide that it's no longer worth it and request a refund since it was still less than 30 days from the original delivery date.I'm still waiting for the refund to go through since shipping it back takes a few days after dropping it off at the UPS store, but I will update this when it does and will definitely remark on any attempts on their part to make it difficult or deny me my money back.Ultimately, I can't comment on the computer's performance because it never worked in the first place. I'd have been fine if they simply listened to me and helped me send it back to them to get it fixed, but instead put me through one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and then tried to ghost me. My recomendation: don't buy from skytech, and if you do and it doesn't work, just return and save yourself the hassle of being treated like a moron despite the fact that the computer was the problem.12/17 Update: my refund went through fine, so at least that wasn't a hassle. Still not planning on buying Skytech in the future though.
