Provides excellent privacy and does not look cheap, all for a great price
I changed my front entry door from a solid door to a glass and wrought iron door. I did not want to add curtains as this would hide the beauty of the door so I got these blinds instead. They are great and don't look tacky or temporary at all. They provide excellent privacy while allowing light to filter in. My door faces the east so every morning when the sun rises I see the shadow of the wrought iron pattern, a peacock, reflected on the blind. Absolutely beautiful and an added bonus! I was skeptical about having sufficient privacy with this blind. I even considered getting mirrored window film. But I am happy that I went with this blind instead. You can see a shadow only if you stand directly behind the door. At night, from the outside, the shade emits a nice glow from the lights that are turned on inside and highlights the peacock pattern on the outside. From the road, without the porch lights turned on, I have a clear view of the design on the door. So, win - win day or night! I get privacy and my door looks great. I often receive compliments from my guests about how nice the blind looks because it blends in with my decor. The blind was also very easy to cut to adjust the width. I did not have the recommended tool so I used a regular, slightly serrated kitchen knife and I got a clean cut. The only negatives about the blind are: 1. I found the clothes pins that it comes with to be useless if you want to put the blind all the way up. It can hold the blind maybe half way up without falling off and 2. The blinds do eventually stretch out pass its original length. I needed the blind to go further than the standard length so I used 2 sided tape at the bottom to hold it in place. It eventually bulged up at the bottom but I found an easy fix to get it to return to its original length. Simply raise the blind all the way to the top and secure it in 3 places so that all pleats are together. Leave it like this for a couple of hours and the original length or bounce it came with returns. This does the trick every time. So go ahead and get yourself this shade, you wont regret it. I LOVE these shades
I LOVE these shades. I have two dogs and several cats and was constantly replacing curtains and blinds due to the animals playing with strings and literally chewing holes in the curtains. They have been installed now for over a month and I have had no issues at all. These shades were a temporary fix until I could replace the window treatments, but I like the look of these and they have held up well so I am keeping them up. I just added a decorative valance and it looks great. Super simple to put up - I used a bread knife to cut through the material (after measuring twice to make sure I was accurate) and I was surprised at how easy it was to cut. I wiped the area with alcohol, removed the tape strip and stuck them to the window casing. The only 'con' after a month is the little plastic clips are not very decorative and in a window with a larger width, more than two clips are necessary to hold the blinds as the clips occasionally pop off due to the thickness of the blind once raised and they tend to buckle a bit in the center. Also as other reviewers have commented the length is as stated, but because it's an accordion style shade, it really is/seems shorter. I use the clips to attach to the bottom lip of my smaller windows at night/when I want to 'close the shades' and that works fine, but the larger picture window does not have a lip. For the first few nights, once the shades were closed, I weighted the large shade down by clipping two heavy magnets to the bottom of the shade (the only thing I had quickly on hand that the clip would accommodate - I am sure there are many household objects that can be used). It only took two or three nights for the shade to drop to the bottom of the window by itself.

Good if you're not trying to spend the money
Hmm, this product has mixed reviews and I can see why. Personally I would give it 3.5 stars if I could, but since they were cheap, easy to install and look nice, I'll push it to 4 stars. It is made of a very thin fabric/paper material that I was concerned about at first, but it seems to be holding up! I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars for shades, and didn't have time to go through the trouble of installing them. This was a good find, and it has a decent look! PROS: -Customizable: I bought 3 of the longer ones and cut them up to cover my four windows. -Style: It gives my room a clean and modern look. Was going to buy curtains but the fact that they pop out of the window made the room feel smaller -Not noticeable: This doesn't seem like a compliment, but for window shades I really do prefer that they are not as obvious. The material looks good enough where they don't like shabby, but not so amazing that someone would compliment them... If that makes sense -Cost: This is the BIGGEST pro on this list. I saved so much money, and it was very low hassle for me. CONS: - Durable? I'm not sure how durable these shades will be. A review mentioned they had a hard time getting these shades out and that the tape peeled the paint. I had the opposite problem. When I first put them on, they fell off the next day. I tried again and pushed them up and held them while smoothing it out. Its been 2 weeks now, and they are still sturdy, not going to try to pull on them any time soon though.... - Thin- They let a lot of light in which I like because it brightens up my room. Not so great when I'm trying to sleep in but honestly it lets in a beautiful soft light, so its not tooooooo bad. Overall, if you're in a band and looking for a quick fix, these will do the job. I'm having a good experience with them so far, and just glad I could cover my windows without spending an exuberant amount of money.

Glad I got these
Like a lot of people, I really didn’t want to invest a ton of money in window shades. I came across these and decided to give them a try as they’re the only reasonably priced option to cover a lot of windows, 23 to be exact. I think it’s important to mention my expectation and use for these. I wanted something that offered privacy but still allowed light in, and of course I wanted them to look nice. The best thing about these is the ease of installation, you can’t beat it! I hung all of these within an hour. For my longer and bigger windows I added white push pins for added support. They look great, I prefer the aesthetic of these much more than traditional blinds. Being able to cut to size was important because I have a lot of different and odd sized windows throughout my home. Some reviews mentioned them not being long enough, but they work great on my two 72” long windows (see photo), I just clipped the bottom for now until they’re able to stay on their own. These were a bit difficult to cut with scissors, so I’d recommend a better tool or method if you’re able to, though it’s certainly doable with a little effort. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy them all over again.

Product not great but customer service was! Which is why I hate posting this negative review.
I bought these shades to be cost effective, they look decent, and from the ease of installing them. Cutting them to the size that I needed and installation was as easy as described. The day after installing, however, two blinds had fallen off and noticed that one blind was about 10 pleats shorter than the rest. Thinking that I would just reinstall the blinds without issue, I reached out to the company only letting them know of the short blind. They gave me no problems and sent a replacement right away. That was great! After attempting to reapply them, I realized that the adhesive had stuck to the window sill, not the fabric. Ugh! It didn't look right after reapplying and the fabric got fuzzy from the initial separation so it didn't stay on long. I went and bout 5 shoe moldings at $5 each to help hold these shades up, which I shouldn't have to do. With buying these shoe moldings, I've now spent $25 extra for the shades, mind you, I bought 10 shades, so this is adding up and installation is not being as simple as I initially thought. After buying the shoe molding, and already installing one shoe mold, I went to Walmart and saw that they had the SAME EXACT SHADE AT A MUCH CHEAPER PRICE OF about $4.97. At this point, I'm highly annoyed! In addition to the short shade, adhesive issue, and now cost, the shades don't necessarily move up so easily. When opening them, they bow out. So it's a little tricky to try to raise TEN shades that bow out and trying to push them back. It's a little time consuming, not easy and an inconvenience. In any case, after a third shade fell off after the 2nd or 3rd day of installation, I was over this product! I returned the shoe molding and the shades! So to recap 1. Adhesion separates from fabric. 2. Inconvenient when trying to raise the shade because of bowing out like an accordion. 3.Not cost effective if you have to buy additional hardware to keep them from falling. Also, can buy them cheaper at Walmart BUT I wouldn't use this product if it were free! I might use it if I only had ONE window but NOT MULTIPLE windows. The only thing I can say is that this product is no good BUT customer service was great and seamless. They refunded my money without issue!

Pretty nice but I prefer the look of real blinds..
These are so easy to stick to the window frame and if you mess up they are easy to take down and reapply. The only issue is not knowing how long these will stick for or stay clean before they need tossed. They look fantastic and it was super easy to put up. It really makes the kitchen look MUCH better. I think it's a little pricey for what you get but it works and easy to do. The one complaint is that they don't necessarily look like real blinds, which is how I imagined they would look real. These are fabric blinds that look like a mix of paper and fabric. It also let's in a lot more sunlight then real blinds which can be a negative or positive depending. In order to keep the blinds raised if chosen to do so is you have to use both clips and it's annoying to do. I personally prefer the look of real blinds over these but they still look much better then nothing at all. Update: I'm knocking it from 4 to 3 stars. It's been a month and we replaced 4 Windows with these. In the bedroom they fell already and won't stick back up.

Good, temporary shade, do not use for a permanent shade
For the prize and knowing that this is paper, it’s a good shade for when you need a quick temporary shade to put over a window. We use this for our back entry door that has a window insert and I did the drop well but the little clips that come with it to help keep it I raised up. They don’t hold very long after I say a couple hours he start to lose their grip in before you know it they fall to the ground in the hole shade falls with it. You do have to cut it to size which is fine. It’s easy it’s paper, but it’s it’s a temporary fix. It’s not meant to be used permanently or fulfilled time.

Good for what it is.
The item is okay for what it is, but not anything like the better versions I had hoped to find to replace one I had purchased a few years ago. The shade is very light weight, accordion style fabric. This version has no mounting brace and no draw-string assembly to draw it up. It just consists of accordian folded, stiff white fabric with a trip of sticky at the top and two clips. Easy to cut, but have your own knife. There are no cutting markings, and you can take the extra width off of one side. The bad side is that there's no weight to the bottom of the shade, so it will unfold and hang at about 1/3 of the window length. I had to use the enclosed clip to pull it down to the bottom of the window and clip it to the actual window base to keep it closed. The weight of the two clips aren't enough to keep it down. It's not an actual working shade, like the one I wanted to replace, just basically a hanging piece of fabric. Not bad for the price, but not as useful, nor I suspect as long lasting, as their older model. I wouldn't want to mess with it much and have the tape at the top come undone.

Smaller sizes wanted
Update: 6 months up and still stuck as strong as the day it was put up. No complaints. I purchased this to replace an old yellowed paper blind I had up that was 'bout to meet Mr. Trashcan. It was to cover a small window in the basement that just wasn't worth the hassle of putting curtains or real blinds on. The pkg arrived quickly. It was super easy to get up and took me all of 5 minutes. Adhesion was great, have not had any issues with the blinds remaining up. Paper is relatively thick and won't tear easy. The clips are pretty cheap looking but they won't be used by me. My issue is: a little less than half of the blind is unusable for me because of the size of my window. What's remaining after trimming is too small to use later on, on this same window. But it's enough product to feel like I'm throwing away my money. It would be great if this product came in a variety of sizes. Sidenote: you can get these for less than 1/2 the price in-store. Convenience really does cost money.

Really useful product
Brilliant for a short term (or long) solution to privacy in your windows. We ordered them as have been decorating and aren't sure what curtains to have yet. I ordered some for my mum's kitchen window and she loves them. Easy to put up.
