customer service is the worst
I have had 2 sets of Wolfgang Puck cookware over the past 10 years. The pans I love, the covers not so much and the customer service, needs 100% improvement! The first set I had 3 covers explode, 1 during use, 1 sitting in the pot cover drawer and 1 in my hand. Customer service was great, they replaced the entire set. I have had this set for a few years and was very pleased. Again, while cooking rice on simmer, I heard a loud pop and low and behold, glass all over my kitchen. I sent 3 emails with only a scripted generated response my concerns were received. Took hours of attempted calls, holds and finally speaking with a human voice. After expressed disappointment on their non-concern they finally agreed to send a replacement cover. That was December 2019. To date, NOTHING. Attempted to call back and gave up. Maybe the next time another cover explodes, someone will end up seriously hurt and then I can have all the covers I can dream of!! Way to go Wolfgang!

Rivets on handles crumble and flake off ON THE INSIDE of the pan
I did not have THIS set, but the 15 piece stainless steel set. The set is beautiful and a terrific set to cook with, BUT... within 4-5 months the rivets on the INSIDE of the pans started crumbling and chipping. The paperwork that came with them said to not leave them immersed in water or keep liquids in them after cooking. I DID NOT! Still, the rivets crumbled. The set comes with a lifetime warranty, but I figured WHY BOTHER? I presumed the same thing would happen. Out of the 15 piece set, I have only 2 useable pans left. All of the lids are still in excellent shape. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.

Everything sticks to these pans
Unless you have a spare 15 minutes to scrub the pans after making so much as an omelet, don't bother. The the random cheap pan I bought in the grocery stores works 10x better
