A delicious handmade tea from South West China's Yunnan Province, where the mountainous terrain and moist, mild breezes from the Indian and Pacific oceans provide perfect growing conditions. To make this rare tea the very youngest, most tender leaves from the bush are picked in the spring, withered, and before drying, hand rolled into delicate twists reminiscent of silver Chinese dragons. When infused the leaves unfurl to give a pale yellow liquor with a delicate, sweet and slightly earthy flavour. Approximately 45 servings.
