PAC EM360 WH

We've been using this in the house for about 2 months and we are very pleased with its performance. We replaced a window unit that cooled very well. We have added on to the house and removed the window and the new DeLonghi is vented out through the wall. It is much quieter, cools extremely well, and visually more appealing. The controls are easy to use and the fan does a great job of pushing air into the room. I have recessed the unit into a wall niche and will upload pics and updates once it has been finished.

I wouldn't be able to sleep without it. I use just in my bedroom. It's hot here in Florida and my roommate keeps the house warm. I can close my door and have my room at 74 instead of 78. Cooler if needed. I need the background noise for sleeping also so it is a win win. My previous one was the same brand it it lasted me five years with consistent use.

This unit cools fast and is relatively quiet. Only negative was that the window kit did not fit my vertical sliding window very well. There were gaps at the top where the unit extended. I was able to adapt with the provided tape and a little cardboard. Otherwise is easy to set up, use and works well.

I am very happy - I love this portable ac with dehumidifier and fan. It is perfect! Highly recommended. Too bad that they are not available now.

My second unit from DeLonhi. The first one lasted several years. I like the units. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use this one yet because the right rear wheel is shattered. This is what happens when you ship a large, heavy item in it's OEM box. Shippers show no mercy whatsoever. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DOUBLE BOXED AMAZON!!! But I'm not sure your shipping dept cares any more than the shipper. It does work, but I don't want to go thru the hastle of reboxing, so I'm rigging a solution. Nevertheless, I thing Amazon should make it right. I'm getting more and more to the point where I don't want to do any more business with Amazon.

The best smooth running cooling appliance

This unit is loud. At the time I purchased this, the product description stated 53db. I measured the decibel level at 60-61db when the ac was on its LOWEST setting. This is not subtle background noise. It's difficult to ignore and interferes with phone/zoom calls. Also, the window/door kit it comes with is sketchy and small. Make sure to measure your window length to make sure the included kit will span your entire window.

DeLonghi America PACEM360. Cools great. Been excellent and has stood the test of time. DeLonghi makes the best portable ACs in my opinion.

I am very happy with this portable air conditioner. Over the last several years I have needed to buy several models for different areas of my home and business. This one has been by far the easiest to put together and set up. It cools quickly despite the large room it is in. I am very pleased with its performance.

Just moved into a 350 sq ft. apartment and it is working great. Had a little issue with installing the exhaust in the window, so I will be taking it to my son's house to use his tools to cut it down so that the exhaust will fit into my window. Right now, I've got it jimmy'd so that we are cool and comfortable. Very easy to set up. My bedroom is separate from the living room and it still works great.

I have had this for a few weeks as an in-bedroom AC unit (I have a fairly small bedroom with a Queen bed in it). I think I will keep this unit but I wished I had gone for a higher BTU rating to be honest, I don't feel this unit is powerful enough to really cool the bedroom enough. There are 2 other things: 1) The minimum setting is 18c. Really? My previous one went down to 17c, and that 1 degree can make a difference! 2) Although the fan runs all the time (and isn't ridiculously loud but is great white noise), you can hear the cooling unit clicking on and off (I assume when it has reached 18c). If you are a deep sleeper you won't notice this but if you are a light sleeper the click and change in noise level might bug you. I think I can live with it. I hope this is useful when deciding whether this is for you. I gave it 4 stars because it is well built and the hose is long and solidly built too.

Seems to cool a bigger room than suggested with no problem. The automatic cycle is really nice as it dehumidifies the room at the same time. The dehumidifier does work a little better when used by itself but not that much. The controls are easy to use. It is a little noisy when wide open but still quieter than others I have had. The good thing is that it is very quiet when it goes out of the top setting and still puts out a good amount of cold air.

This is the first Portable ac unit ever purchased - it cools my bedroom that gets extremely hot in the summer, my room is about 350 sq FT, it cools the whole room within 10mins or so. I don’t find it too loud, I do need to turn my volume up on my tv about 4 levels than I normally have it when the unit is running but I listen to my tv pretty quietly. Overall I’m super happy with the purchase and it is going to be my saviour on all the hot days we will have this summer. **edit** I’ve had this unit for about 2 months now and it’s perfect - zero issues & I’ve been running it almost everyday! It does it’s job well.
