Dumbbells set for Women

Just starting to do some gentle weight exercises these provided the flexibility to change the weight resistance without buying x2 sets of weights.The clever system means you have x2 sets of weights in one. Pleasant to hold, look at, well made and good value for money and less clutter!!

These are great for at home workouts with the versatility of changing the weights. Easy to use and great value for money. Good sturdiness and great grip.

Whilst these are a lower priced set of adjustable dumbbells, and you get what you pay for, they are decent for this end of the market. The design is clever in that each end unscrews and you insert the number of rods you want for the desired weight. It’s a good idea to use kitchen scales to get the right weight and not rely on the instructions. Easy to increase and decrease the weights but not during the exercise itself so a full set may be better if you are using different weights during a workout.Made of plastic they are easy to hold and don’t smash the kitchen floor tiles if you drop one!They are on the large size which means I’ve been able to add more weight and use one as a substitute kettlebell.Overall decent for the price.

So easy to use and store. They also look great. Very comfy grip

Keep these by my armchair and do my exercises as I watch the telly in the chair . I might be mad but anything is better than nothing , love the fact I can add the weight or make them lighter as I go .

I love the fact that you can adjust the weight easily. Good grip. A great addition to anyone's home gym. Easy to store away. Good value for money in my opinion.
