According to Gundry his oil tested out at an average of 586.5 mg/kg. This oil says it is 360 mg/kg. (I would think it would be a little higher than that but that’s what it says) So 586.5/360 = 1.63. So if gundry recommends 1 Tbspn then you need 1.63 Tbspn of this oil. So just take 2 and you should be good.
