Incredible Sound for the Price!
+ Really immersive sound + Love the design and fit + Great for running (waterproof and stay in the ear!) + Battery life is great, as someone who will put them in at the start of the working day and often take them out at the end I can usually do this without even having to put them back in the charging case. Appreciate battery life is extended as they are not noise-cancelling but would happily trade this for the long battery life and snug fit/great sound + Customer service was brilliant - I did have to send my pair back (more below) but was immediately sent a replacement pair which have been fine - Despite beating airPods hands-down in almost every department for me, bluetooth connectivity is not quite as slick with my iPhone (perhaps understandably), with one or two spells where connection cuts out for no reason - My first pair became very temperamental when it came to connectivity but as mentioned, Cambridge Audio replaced these immediately so very happy overall I'd highly recommend these great little earbuds, the sound really does surprise you when you first put them in and when, on occasion, I use my partners AirPod pro's, I'm left disappointed by the sound and constant need to recharge compared to my Melomania 1+'s

Great sound, horrible build quality.
Started out as what seemed to be a great product, comfortable and with excellent sound quality. However over the first year issues gradually became apparent. Firstly connectivity was often an issue requiring one or both ear pieces to be placed back in the case and removed in order for them to connect properly. Secondly, removing the ear pieces from the case was difficult as often the memory foam tip would get stuck and left behind in the case, and with the design of the case it would be difficult to retrieve them. Thirdly, after about 8 months of use, one of the sides of the case stopped charging the earpiece meaning that the buds would have to be swapped round in the case so that they could both be charged up. Finally, after less than a year of use, and without being dropped or mishandled, the metal section on one of the earpieces detached from the plastic, rendering the product completely inoperable. In summary, issues with the design and durability of the device means that, in spite of the excellent audio, I cannot recommend this product.

Great headphones but very unreliable.
I've had these now since January, it is now four months later. At the start these headphones were absolutely wonderful, a bit cumbersome to start with but once you get the right fit and get them sitting just right they're brilliant, that's where the good news ends. Three months in, the problems started. The headphones went black, no life in them, no explanation, no sound when I held the button in, full charge, case fully charged, didn't work for about three days, then all of a sudden good as new no issues worked like brand new, this has happened a few times since then, the newest and most frustrating problem now is the fact that the right earphone detached form the shell containing it while in the carry case. No explanation, I have never dropped these, they are used at night for audiobooks and when I go walking, I really love these headphones but I don't love the problems that have happened in the four months I have owned them. Really not something an eighty quid product should be having, because of the loose fitting ear case, they now crackle at a very high pitch and it has made them unusable, and trust me I will put up with a lot of crap, I had the same headphones for around four years before I finally gave up on them. I have requested a return as I'm not willing to dance and dilly with customer services when the product should be working for the price. Apart from the issues I have experienced though the audio is top rate, the connection has been simple and easy, and they are very good headphones, I just won't ever purchase another pair,

Wow! It's like hearing in 4k.
I cannot believe the audio quality for £50! Unreal. Solid and comfortable bass, amazing mid and the treble doesn't crackle at the top end like on many buds. Cambridge Audio, these are simply amazing for the price. Anyone reading this, you need to buy them. They're unreal. Build quality is solid, even the mechanics of the charging case lid feels like they've really thought about everything. USB-C charging, a good selection of tips to fit properly too. Great packaging, shows they care about how they want them to appear to buyers. The app is great, has a find my device function and EQ mixer, along with presets. Battery level seems exactly as advertised also! 10/10, these leave AirPods behind and are on par with the Sonys.

Too many issues for it to be good
I was excited when I ordered these, heard great things but boy was I disappointed. I'm just going to do a pro and con list because I feel that would be easier. Pros: - Good sound quality. Although this product came with HOST of issues, the sound quality was actually pretty nice and clean. Cons: - Constantly disconnecting and reconnecting to the blue tooth. Can't tell you how many times I've been listening to music or talking on the phone to have it keep reconnecting. Very annoying. - A bit difficult to set up at the start. I've had a couple of wireless earphones and none have been as annoying to connect as it was for these. - Charging is very weird. I would leave them to charge over night and would use them for the gym only to realise that one earphone is fully charged whilst the other is nearly dead. - Awful battery life. Just feel like the battery runs out way faster than advertised. I only use these for gym and I'm often in there for just over an hour. I don't know if this is the fault for the charging case or what. - A bit uncomfortable putting them in the ear. It's a weird shape so you really gotta dig them him and they don't sit well inside either. - Terrible mic quality. If you are someone who often uses their wireless buds for phone calls, avoid these. - When placing the earphones in the charging case they would often stay connect via bluetooth so you had to keep removing them and placing them back in to ensure they disconnect from the bluetooth and are actually charging. Maybe I received a faulty pair but I genuinely believe all these issues were not worth having just because the sound quality was decent.

I really want to love these…
TLDR; the best audio I have experienced, outstanding battery life, and fantastic noise isolation (with the memory foam tips). But the comparatively subpar build quality, case issues, and most infuriatingly the connection issues means I just can’t quite give this the title of convenient. if you can forgo convenience, get them… I got these to replace my Melomania 1s which I adored. I wore them everywhere. But when running with the case, it rained and the case was ruined -but the headphones were perfectly fine… for £30 more j decided to upgrade to these. When they arrived, you have to wait a bit for them to update before you can use them and I could instantly feel a slightly hollower construction compared to the previous edition. I’m not one to complain for everything else you’re getting but they were lighter and just not as premium feeling. The buttons were also just slightly more mushy rather than clicky and springy, again like the last pair. But I was floored and instantly fell in love with the sound and how fun the app was to use. I mean truly just amazing sound - add the EQ adjustments and you’re in for a treat with anything you listen to… I can also go a 3-4 weeks easily before charging the case. The case also fits nicely into the previous silicon cover. But that’s all the good I can think. The inconvenience of putting the buds in the case is the first real annoyance. It doesn’t happen a lot but if you don’t angle them correctly the case won’t shut - unlike the previous revision which didn’t care. Most annoying of all though is pairing. I have to reset the buds every 1-5 days as they don’t turn on, refuse to charge or acknowledge they are in the case, or forget to pair from my devices. For someone who loves music and is on the move on a bike or out for a run, this becomes annoying, quickly. You can’t pop them in or out on a whim but instead have to juggle how important listening to music is at that moment if you don’t have them out already at a time where you can adjust them. This saddens me because I just want to use them. In all honesty, I would return them but the window of opportunity has passed. It might be my unit, or my devices. But at the end of the day, bluetooth headphones are meant to remove the finagling with wires and everything else. So please keep this all in mind and have a nice browsing session. (I’m on the latest firmware and everything is up to date.)

Very good for the price point. The sound is dynamic but rivals some of my other wired IEMs
Bought these as a stopgap to take on holiday as my wireless powerpack for my Shure SE535's doesn't last that long anymore. These are surprisingly good, with strong, punchy and tight bass but clear/distinctive mids and highs too. The EQ on the app lets you tailor the sound to your preference easily. They last more like 5 hours on the full fat high def sound mode at reasonable volume (not the 7 hours that's quoted) but they charge up quickly when you put them back in the case. All in all, their sound signature is closest to Shure SE215's (i have a couple of pairs of these) which is no bad thing. These are way better than i expected all in all, especially at £40.

The best I've heard and I've tried several
I just received my Cambridge Audio Melomania earbuds in the post. I can barely describe how pleased I am with the sound. I would consider myself a fairly good judge of audio as I studied music in college and have been making, playing and recording music for a large part of my life. I have had Scullcandy earbuds (WAY too much bass, and a little over engineered charge docking) and recently returned a set of Sony buds (the sound was so thin and empty I thought there was a fault but I have since discovered that that's what they're passing off as mid-range audio). As soon as they were charged up and ready I started listening to Boards of Canada, went on to Max Richter Recomposed and am now on JJ Cale, three very different sounds but all heavily reliant on their amazing studio production. I can barely believe the versatility of these buds; a wide expansive sound, firm but not over-pushed bass, crystal clear mids and tops so crisp y could bite em! I didn't think you could get quality like this from little buds but these guys have absolutely nailed it!
