love these so far no sticking and clean up is a breeze so far no scratches but I do not use knives or beatters in my pans

When I found the Blue Diamond Grill Genie it was no accident, I was looking for a light weight, oven safe alternative to the always reliable Iron Skillet to sear my steaks in and move to the oven to finish cooking. You see I’m 75 years old with arthritis in my hands. I have to consider the weight of any kitchen items I use. I have found the Grill Genie answers all those needs. I already own severalBlue Diamond pieces and have enjoyed the quality of the products. I highly recommend the Grill Genie, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

I use the big covered pan in my camper. It is perfect for meats and sauces, although, not having a smooth bottom isn’t suitable for pancakes.The little pan will most likely never be used by me. Big enough for one egg only.

The griddle is one of my favorite pans to cook with….gives the nice sear marks you’d find on an actual grill. Heats well and clean up is easy.The disappointment is that the coating has already started to flake in some spots. I cook at medium heat, only use wooden or plastic cooking utensils and hand wash with a sponge and some dish soap, so I am really disappointed to see it flaking after less than 10 uses.The egg pan that comes with this set is wonderful to use and I do not have the same issues with that
