Power Web Finger, Hand, Wrist, And Forearm Exerciser

Good for hand strength and physical therapy after I had thumb surgery.

I broke a wrist a while back and, after 6 weeks of plaster almost from the elbow down to the tip of my fingers, I needed a lot of physical therapy. At PT I hat to use this tool. It hurt a lot a first, but later, I decided I should continue PT on my own. The therapist told me I could find it on Amazon. Been using it a lot ever since. Very useful to regain perfect mottion in the hand and wrist.

I've been utilizing the green PowerWeb at PT therapy. It was recommended I get the blue to continue after PT and that id never need to go beyond blue. I'm already using it carefully so not to overwork and make for swelling or pain. I love it! It's awesome with so many different ways to use it to keep or gain strength and flexibility in the fingers, thumb, wrist and forearms.

I found Power Web tools at my occupational therapist. I had carpal surgery recently and my hand and wrist is stiff. This tool is definitely making a difference in mobility of my wrist particularly. I purchased a blue (super heavy) and may buy a black heaviest. I’m sure that I will continue to use them after my OT is over.

...and flexibility. It isn't one of the GI Joe KungFu death-grip crushers, it improves the joints and ligaments as well as the carpal muscles. I like that the manual showed several ways to flex and extend in the different web openings.

I like that I have my own so I can work out with with it.

I bought this in order to perform some wrist and hand strengthening exercises. It's well made and does the trick. I use the exercises given to me by my physio. However, you can do the exercises from the instructions on the packaging or look up more online. The tension seems to be about right for strengthening exercises. There is an odor when it's new, but not too bad. The odor takes a couple of weeks to go away.
