Up until now I've always had the chewable powdery vegan calcium tablets that always left me feeling sick. These are sooo much nicer.

This is a good supplement for anyone who is looking to increase their calcium intake (especially those following a dairy-free diet or with a family history of osteoporosis). Ideally, calcium should be coupled with vitamin D and magnesium, a simple Google will bring up a lot more information on this topic.Each capsule provides 100mg of elemental calcium and you're advised to take 3 per day, so the bottle gives you a 1-month supply. Calcium citrate is one of the best absorbed forms of calcium, so the supplement itself is of good quality, however, given the fact that you should be aiming for 800-1200mg of calcium intake a day, 300mg is a bit on the low side.The capsules are easy to swallow and come in a nice looking glass jar which definitely adds to the premium feel of the brand. The supplement is also entirely vegan (certified) and therefore contains no dairy.Overall, this is quite expensive for the amount of calcium provided and it lacks direction on usage. There are definitely alternatives out there if you are looking to spend less money!

Seller failed to specify that the amount is mere 12% RDA per capsule which means you will be taking up to 9 capsules a day and ingesting a lot of fillers as a result.

It’s great supplement, I usually only take 2 supplements compared to the 3 recommended
