A revelation!
This highly bioavailable b-complex supplement has been a revelation for my physical and mental health! Glad to have bumped into it on Amazon. I think Therapro is the only company (at least on Amazon) that combines are the highly bioavailable forms of B vitamins in a single capsule. The fact that they don't use any 'fillers' in their capsules makes sure that my abdomen doesn't hurt (unlike the ones from Sports Research). Very highly recommended!
