Awesome bottle. Works well. Keeps coffee hot. Lid was defective on first one sent. Amazon sent me a weird email about fraud? Strange guys. I only returned items defective or incorrect size. How can this be considered convenient if I can't return items that don't work or are broken or used when received from Amazon?

It's really nice for everyday use, but when it comes to hot drinks, after about 5 hours, the temperature starts to drop until about 9, and all the heat is gone!
