This treatment set is great. I bought it because we are diy people and sometimes we diy a little, or a lot, too much. It's great to have a hot pack ready to go in just minutes. Depending on what we are doing, painting, gardening, etc., I may need a shoulder or a back wrap. The scent on these is quite strong. It's a nice blend so I don't mind how strong it is. I did want an aromatherapy type experience so I'll just let these air out a little and they will be great. I like the strap on the back/waste pack because I can wrap it around, strap it on, and keep moving. I'm not tied by the plug of my heating pad to an outlet. The shoulder wrap is nice and large and the slight weight of it allows it to contour your shoulders really well. I got this full set because there are time I hurt all over and it just makes since to have a hot/cold pack for all areas!This particular set is purple and is soft to the touch. It has a velcro strap for around the waist to keep the pack on your back or stomach which ever you choose in place. IT has an elastic band for the eye mask to put over your head and it is not very tight but keeps it in place. The shoulder pack stays in place by just laying on your shoulders. I highly recommend anything that Natural Wonders offers as a hot/cold pack because the smells that come off of them are enough to make you relax and let the hot or cold therapy make your pain go away or lighten. I also like the fact that it only takes about 2 hours to have the rice inside the packs get cold enough to help out your problem areas! This is a fantastic set. I have used these type of things before, and I was really excited to see this set.They are really well made and really easy to use.I usually stick them in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds, and they are plenty hot enough. You can also freeze them which is what I do with the eye pack.My only complaint about the set is the eye pack , I have to use it laying down, because it is so heavy, I found it hard to use sitting up.They are really well made, the material is nice and thick, so you dont have to worry about ut tearing up.The shoulder wrap is my favorite because it fits perfect around your shoulders.The other is nice as well because it has a strap to hold it in place on your back.Im really happy with it, and I have been usuojg it alot.I recieved this for no cost for my honest, unbiased review .
