COSCO BoxGuard Large Outdoor Storage Box, Lockable Package Delivery and Storage Solution, 6.3 Cubic ft, Black/Charcoal

I love this, now I don’t mind packages being delivered when I’m not home.

Gotta say, I'm super impressed with the strength of this thing. I bought it so my after-hours customer would have a place to pickup orders when they can't get to me before I close my shop - that way I can bolt it down to the loading dock and not have to worry about someone taking an order. What I really loved was that while it did come with a name plate at the bottom that says "Deliveries", it also came with a blank plate! It's a small detail, but I love that I can change the name plate to say "after-hours pickup". It was also super simple to assemble.

This box is easy to assemble if you can get their pre-drilled holes and pegs to line up, which proved problematic on one panel, but was super easy on the others.We live rurally so our box sits down on the highway. A previous box was damaged when a gust of wind popped the lid up and ripped it off. This has hinges that should help against that, but the hinge slide is plastic, so I'm wary of the longevity.A couple things to note--this is not water proof. There is a decent gap all the way around between the frame and the bottom. If you anticipate that this will sit in snow or more than a shallow puddle of rain, either set the box up on something or put something inside the box for packages to sit off the ground.Secondly, there are no pre-drilled holes to provide for securing this to the ground.Thirdly, the hinges are exposed and just held together by a slide-in pin, so if a thief has a few moments, they could easily pop them off and get in the box.We got this on sale. The hinges and size made it a good value for our use, but I would have been disappointed were the price point higher for the number of oversights in the manufacturing of this product.

This box is awesome easy to put together, we put it at the end of our driveway because we have a dog that bites , we put a padlock on it and it does not leak it's very roomy perfect for all my package delivery's.

I do not think this box is built particularly well, especially considering the price. I was trying to upgrade from a cheaper box I had previously that was about half the price. I don’t anticipate this lasting a long time. This is definitely the last package box I’m buying, I’m definitely going to build one from scratch next time that will actually be long lasting and durable.

It has become an essential addition to my home, ensuring the safekeeping of my valuable deliveries.The size of the BoxGuard® is well-designed for accommodating larger packages, eliminating the need for awkward arrangements or leaving packages unattended on my porch.While I am highly satisfied with the BoxGuard®'s functionality and reliability, I am deducting one star due to its relatively higher price compared to similar storage boxes available in the market.Overall, the Cosco Outdoor Living BoxGuard® has proven to be a reliable and secure storage solution. This product is very weak and unstable - Its plastic - the sides were warped making it impossible to connect the upper portion in the front - the bottom did not match in the groves either -so one side is in and the other is not I would not purchase this unless it was made of metal and unbendable
