desertcart.com The real reason for the Misfits' prolonged life-after-death is that underneath the three-chord bluster, campy imagery, and pancake makeup there are some great, catchy, pop-hook-driven tunes. Not to mention that no one can sing "whoaah-whoaaah-whoooooaaah!" like the Elvis-impersonating, golden-throated superboy Danzig. But even the most die-hard Misfits freak must surely tire of listening to version after version--7-inch take, live recording, previously unreleased demo--of two-minute punk songs like "We Are 138," "Rat Fink," "Halloween," and "Braineaters" off the bazillion bootlegs and dozen-plus authorized releases from this short-lived act. Collection II does compile some of the Misfits' most collectible vinyl artifacts, like the groovy "Cough/Cool" single. Good album and sequel to the volume 1 collection
Great album, but the 1st collection volume CD is the better one.

Analog still kills digital. Digital is great for recording cheats and fakes like all Gen-Y music.
Do not need to say how great this vinyl is. I got it in perfect condition and the sound is pure, warm, analog heaven, i always said vinyl was superior to digital and now everyone who is a true music junkie knows and agrees.

Satisfied but not quite 5 stars
Overall I am satisfied vinyl is in good condition possibly a little warped. Hard to tell because my lp 120s platter is a bit wobbly. All and all it sounds good. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed by is that inner sleeve came ripped on one side. Not a big deal but you know.

Eigentlich erhält man ja wenig Neues, das macht aber gar nichts. Habe mir die Collection 2 zugelegt, um meine Sammlung zu vervollständigen. Lediglich "Cough/Cool" und "Rat Fink" sind Songs, die man nicht von anderen CDs gut kennt. Aber, wie gesagt, für einen Sammler richtig gut.

Con i Misfits (quelli dell’era Glenn Danzig) si va praticamente sempre sul sicuro. Questa collection racchiude brani famosissimi della band presi da varie sessioni.inutile dire altro se non consigliarne l’acquisto agli appassionati del genere.classic 👌
