Sound quality is really good for $20
OMG this thing makes me so mad!! First two weeks worked perfectly. Connected dto my laptop and phone effortlessly. No problems. Sound quality is really good for $20. Now....works one day...doesn't work the next....connects one day...doesn't connect the next......the battery drains WHEN ITS PLUGGED IN AND STOPS WORKING!!! I wanna swear so bad. Every single day I troubleshoot and troubleshoot and google why it's not working. Think it's time I call customer service bc that's the last resort. I like it a lot and it worked well at first so there's no reason why it would just cease to work well for no reason. I haven't found reviews that match my experience so there's has to be something that I'm missing or doing wrong. Except I'm not technologically incompetent and this is a device that should NOT have this much of an issue as it by is a straight forward device.

THIS THING IS AWESOME
Came in a really nice box. Right out of the box it was ready to go. Paired easy. Works with my tablets and phone and laptop. Range is amazing!!!! Sound is fabulous. Music AND podcast. Charges pretty quick. I was waiting for my old plug in to die, but that never happens anymore. Needed something clean and streamlined that can easily go where ever I go in the house. This is perfect. Left the tablet in the kitchen and took it in the lew for a shower. Have a bathroom Bluetooth that is great, but the sound is soooo much better on this.

does not last for a long time, or a short time
The sound quality for the price was just fine -- while it was working. I've only used this via my phone's bluetooth for less than half a dozen times. It finally just died, and I cannot get any bluetooth connection. All my other bluetooth devices work just fine with my phone.

It is easy to set up
It is easy to set up. The sound is amazing and loud. I use it to read to me. Unfortunately it only worked properly for a few days. It started by making electrical buzzing noise. Then work a couple minutes and then the noise. Eventually it just stopped. It got worse each day. The speaker itself when you get a good one is well worth it.

Good value for the price
It lasted 4 full years. Now the charging port is worn out & the cable shifts in it so it doesn't charge steadily. Purchased a new speaker from Amazon & received it today.

mighty sound
this is a great little speaker with powerful sound.. I could not get it hooked up with my Alexa that's the reason for four stars ..but I got it hooked up with my iPad and it's fabulous.. can't believe it's only 10+ dollars..

This. Thing. Is. Amazing. For. The. Price
I got this speaker to give my laptop some better sound cause my laptop speakers aren't worth s**t, I was blown away by the quality of this thing. I opened the box and saw how small it was and was like "meh", I connected my phone first just to test it, and this thing gets loud! It even has a pretty good sound quality and bass! Granted, it's no Bose, but this thing it still great. It has a solid build, a good sound quality, unlike some other small Bluetooth speakers, and a stupidly low price. Seriously this was a good buy. I even added some pictures like the box it came in, and the speaker itself.
