Product arrived fine and I started to assemble it find that the screws to attach the draw handles and the nail tacks for the back board were missing. Told them about this and got informed that it would take 2 weeks to a month to send the missing parts to me, I've still not received them.Went to my local DIY store to get the missing parts and started assembly, while the instructions were hard to follow, I got there eventually.The product once assembled is very rickety and the middle draw often falls off the runners which is a pain to have to fix every week. I've checked several times to see if I had done something wrong during construction and no, it is just an awful product. You are better off spending a little bit more to ensure that you don't have the issues I've had.

Delivered in 2 days though said 10 days initially. If you are not used to assembling flat packs this will be a nightmare. As many others mentioned, runners were very confusing as the instructions were obsolete. If you want to return you have to pay postage and carry it to the post office yourself. So buy if you are ok with all that. Depth of the drawers are very narrow too.

The design is completely wrong, the boards separating the drawers are too wide, leaving just a small space for the drawer itself, if you put anything bigger than a towel it will probably jam the drawer. Terrible design.

This is my 2nd cabinet it is a beautiful design and looks fantastic. It was easy to assemble and did not have any problem with assembly or part.If you want a beautiful piece of furniture that is sturdy and reasonably priced this will be the one for you. The 1st one I bought took me 2 hours to assemble this 2nd purchase of the same cabinet took me 40 minutes to assemble.Very good quality.
