Bought it for work.I am in a restricted environment at work and these are authorized.Company bought one pair and I decided I wanted a second set so I didnt have to carry them from office to home and back again.

Connects easily, good sound and blocks out background noise. Beeps when on mute so you know you are on mute. The only complaint I have is it makes my ears sore after about 30 minutes. It would be nice if the ear cushions were round and not rectangular.

These headphone are overpriced. They perform okay, but I am not convinced that any of the noise cancelling features actually work. Additionally, the volume is rather lower on multiple devices. I've tried this headset on different phones, laptops, and other stereo devices all with similar results. The one positive is that they are comfortable and people can hear me well on the other line.

there is a noticable cancellation of higher frequencies like in flight jet noise. did not help so much to cancel voices

The active noise cancelling does not work very well. It actually seems to enhance the background noise in my office. I also find the band gets uncomfortable. Definitely can't wear them for long.

Buy from a reputable seller or from Jabra. This item never worked; either it didn't connect at all (on zoom) or it cut in and off (on YouTube). None of the features worked as described and the firmware for updates was buggy. Returning to seller.

I like the combination of sound and voice mic with complete privacy in your home.
