My two cats have adjusted well to the new feeding routine, and it's been great not having to deal with the constant meowing for food. However, I do wish the feeder had a feature to alert me when the food supply is low. At the moment, the only indication that it’s time for a refill is when my cats start nipping at my ankles, which is not the most convenient reminder!Overall, the ALUKE Automatic Cat Feeder is a reliable and efficient product that has made feeding my cats easier. Its only drawback is the lack of a low-food alert, but it's still an excellent investment for anyone looking to streamline their pet care routine. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

You definitely have to read the manual to know how to set up meal times and portions, but it’s easy step by step! And the portions go by grams! I put in 5 portions for the meals which seems to be the amount I give my cats. I like the voice recoding feature. Very sturdy, secure food reservoir that holds a lot of food and my cats cant get into it! not yet anyways. the 2 way cat feeder works amazing, meals are split evenly it seems. I need to rig up a privacy panel so my cats don’t get into each others bowls. I will update my review if anything changes. I just wish this feeder came with an app for phones. I would recommend!!!UPDATE **** One of my cats was able to undo the lock and get the lid off, and both of my cats got into the food and ate large amount and gorged themselves on cat food which is dangerous. They even undid the clamps on the side. I put tape over the clamps and the lock on top so that they can’t mess with it with their paws. I also put a 10 pound weight over the top. I have to find a way to secure the lid and the lock so that they can’t mess with it.

Worked great for 2.2 years. Broke just outside the warranty.

We bought this cat feeder on November 2022, only using 4D batteries never connected to the electric power. We haven’t changed batteries since then. Every time we travel that something we don’t have to think about. Very convenient, love it

Edited to add: I contacted the seller because the product has a 2 year warranty and they are sending me a new one so I have changed my review back to 5 stars because the feeder is great and they have excellent customer service. I messaged them and received a response within an hour stating they’d send a replacement.Original review: This feeder was amazing. You can have it put food out 6 times a day and you get to set the time and the portions. It was great because my cats would wake me up at 5am for food but I could set this to feed them at 5 so I could sleep in. Unfortunately it no longer works, the spinner inside that pushes the food down into the portion slots keeps coming off and then it spins but no food gets put out. I paid $90 at the time for it so I’m not happy it only lasted 1.5 years, but it was so helpful when it did work so I’m tempted to buy another.. just wish they lasted longer.

The media could not be loaded. ** UPDATE ** I have to take customer service into account when I review an item. Unfortunately, they went radio silent on me when I repeatedly asked to PURCHASE a 2-way splitter (the one that came with the unit broke). They did respond on my first outreach and asked me to take a picture. I took the time to take a photo and send it to them. Now it's been quite some time and they will not respond. I'm not asking for a free splitter, so why the won't even respond is disappointing. Maybe they should offer purchase of a splitter either on Amazon or ebay. I've checked everywhere and cannot find a splitter that will work with my unit. Definitely will not be purchasing another Aluke. Now I need to spend the time to do research and buy a whole new unit (by a different company) as I have 2 pets and it's useless to me without the splitter.It didn't take long for my new kitten to crack the code of serving himself kibble, so I had to put the feeder away and go with another single serve feeder. I will say that the seller did communicate with me on this issue, asked for videos, and once confirmed agreed to send a new unit under their 2 year warranty. I went from being very upset to please that this seller is honoring the warranty and sending a new unit immediately Hopefully this was just a one-off and he next unit will work as intended. I appreciate the sellers actions to resolve my concern, so I'll update my rating to 4 stars. Thank you to the seller!

Everything was fine, but now no food will dispense despite the voice recording declaring that it is meal time, and the screen keeps blinking on and off despite checking the power cord. Back to manually feeding the cats we go.

I have two adult cats, and I'm trying to control their ballooning weight. For months I have been trying to strictly feed them a certain amount at specific times of the day, but it gets restricting. Whether it's work, or I'm out running errands. The cats thrive on predictability and structure, but I can't give them that - then in turn, they throw a loud tantrum.As a wonderful alternative, I bought this automatic feeder. Oh boy! Saved my life! Not only is it easy to program (I think it programs up to 6 feedings throughout the day), plus it has 48 different portion options. I have two cats, so the dual bowls are perfect for each one. I programed to feed my cats "2 portions" every 4-6 hours (depending on the time of the day). It's perfect. The cats don't bother me at 4 am because the feeder automatically generates the food.I haven't had any trouble with the kibble getting stuck in the revolving door. My kibble size is probably the size of the eraser, on the back of a No.2 pencil. They're pretty small.

Bought this for when we were going away over a long weekend. Easy to program the timer and quantity of food dispensed. The two bowls are perfect for my cats.
