Love it!
I feel I am alone in loving this mop head. I have had it about 6 months as well as its predecessor. Although I did somewhat prefer the predecessor, now that I have become use to this mop head I love it!We are pretty hard on mops at my house. I have rental properties and keep a good assortment of mops. It is a must that I can remove the head and throw it in the washer. I was surprised to see by O-Cedar this was not possible on this mop, because I do it. It isn't that hard and every time I use this mop I throw it in the front loader and wash it.I keep one for my real 3/4 hardwood floor. I have about 3000 sq feet of real hardwood and it does great. It does great on tile to, leaving a nice shine and no dull filming. My housekeeper comes and uses it once a week, I don't think she likes it like I do. So maybe it is personal preference? But I love I can mop a huge area of floor quickly! Also a plus for me is that we live on acreage and it is dusty, we bring in alot of dirt and sand, so we sweep and mop almost every other day. It handles the sand and dirt beautifully. I love being able to throw it in the washer.I actually came on here to buy a replacement head and when I saw the reviews I was rather suprised more people didn't like it. One I get my new head I will take pictures.

Great mop, cheap but workable attachment mechanism, once you figure it out
The media could not be loaded. ย The mop head is great. The process of attaching it by a zip tie is ridiculous. Make sure you tighten it around the red piece that slides up and down. You can slide your own large zip tie through there - but it's not continent to do if the mop is wet- don't let that happen. Just make sure the bottom of the mop head is attached to the red piece- this is how you wring out the water from the mop head. If you can do that, the mop works better than any other one that I have used. I have no carpet in my house and use it on 3 types of flooring. You can use this with hot water and wring it dry enough that it isn't going to soak your wood type flooring, but you can still get it cleaned good. So it's a good mop with a cheap attachment mechanism - but at least its one that you probably have in the garage and can replace yourself.

Buy a Refill or Two When You Buy The Mop
So you'll have it when the original mop head supplied either wears out or it needs to be put in the washer. Also, washing and detachment and re-installation instructions come with both the Twist Mop and with the refills, so if the original instruction sleeve for the mop goes missing, you'll have a duplicate set of instructions to correctly take off and replace the mop head with a new clean refill.
