How do i get a replacement for product that arrived in an opened jar?

Yes depending on the circumstances, you can get a. Replacement. I received my first jar yesterday and unfortunately the glass was broken and the paste was leaking.every where. I took photos and added it to my review. I also sent an email. I received a quick response along with notification that a replenishment is wrapped to protect the glass jar.

Have bought from you before and had to sadly throw out !eaking jar. can you please assure me that if i order again product will be safely sealed?

We have taken additional measures to ensure that the jar is no longer leaking. It does have a safety seal as well.

Instead of specks of vanilla there are small ??? It also doesn't mix in the ice cream it sank to the bottom. Has this happened to anyone else?

Are you making ice cream from scratch? If so you may need to mix it a few times during the freezing process. If you are adding it to already made ice cream it would fall to the bottom of the bowl like syrup. As for the specks those are part of the bean itself.
