I purchased this last year but base that holds on to the stand cracked so its not stable and the plastic knob also cracked. Can i get replacementparts
We cannot get the light to work. The cord plugs in to the base, but does not seem to be flush to the base. It sticks out. Is that normal?
Has the screw issue been corrected (screws preventing music from sitting flat on the tray)?
What is the bolt size for the tightening knobs? I need to order replacement knob/bolts because the threads have given way after about a year of use.
