Very useful for elderly.
I liked its light weight and durability. Gives good pain relief. I am using on the bed like gao takiya too (round bolster).

It's not heavy and not very hard.I have used it several times and I like the touch of it.Value for moneyI expected it to be a little heavier.Durability- I am not sure since it's hardly been a month.Quality seems ok to me.
