I have a pretty big leather case on my iPad and it fits on my iPad with the case on it.

Q: Does it fit with the ipad pro 9.7? can i fit this over the "keyboard cover" .

They are almost exactly the same size, so I think it should fit. You can adjust the elastic strap, so you should be able to fit it over a cover.

Q: Will this work for remote of the Autel Xstar Premium drone?

It fits an iPad air 2. It is big and is not quite confortable if you need to touch the screen frequently for operational matter (the lateral hood panels block fluid arm/hand movements). If the iPad will be used just as a monitor, think it will suit the job.
