I used this for about a month. I had read this helps remove calcium from your blood stream. My calcification score was over 2300. Then I found that this improves your bloods coagulation ability, which counter acts against my doctor recommended daily baby aspirin as a blood thinner. I quit using the K2, but have no problems with the quality of the product. Just not what I should have started without talking to my cardiologist.

I take this with my calcium and Vitamin D supplements every night. It’s supposed to guide the calcium to the bones instead of the bloodstream. I found out I have osteoporosis a couple of years ago and was told to take this along with the calcium and Vitamin D every night. No side effects for me. Very small black gel like pill. Easy peasy!
