I would not buy it again for any project.Very poor quality. arrived ina roll which was folded and creased making most of it unusable.

It can certainly be applied to a plywood deck on a boat bow. The only issue will be in protecting it with varnish or something similar to protect it from the elements if it is being used outdoors.
