Good pain reliever
Works very quickly and lasts for a few hours. Bought for knee pain which was keeping me awake at night and making climbing the stairs awkward. It does make your eyes water a little and cough, so spray it on in a well ventilated area and there is no problem. It dries very quickly and leaves very little odour once dry. For me it works better then the gel version and roll on and also the other freeze gels that offer pain relief. Even better it is small enough to carry in your pocket or bag. I have sensitive skin but it has not caused any rashes or irritation so really pleased with this product.

This stuff works great. Keep a bit of a distance from breathing in the spray. Otherwise it's great stuff and easy to apply.
