Rust-Oleum 338931 Stops Rust Advanced Spray Paint, Gloss Poppy Pink 12 Ounce (Pack of 1)

Bought this to spray paint my old bath tub which is about 17 years old and acquired a lot of rust stains. After spraying with two coats and leaving it to dry over a period of 48 hours it came out well. The one caveat I found was that it's not so adhesive as I would like it to be. It's very easy to scratch the paint I have found leaving a slight mar on the tub. I've decided as a result to just buy touch up paint to cover any blemishes that occur. Other than that issue this is a superb product. If you look at the before and after photos I provided you'll see it does a great job. Overall I'd say not bad for an amateur who never took a painting course in his life. Just watched several Youtube videos on how to do it which was very instructive. Next time I need to spray paint I'll use a stronger one like the Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2X Ultra Cover Spray Paint.

Rust-Oleum can be trusted. However, like all paint sprays, use lightly for each very thin coat with quick back-and-forth motions. Wait until each coat completely dries, then repeat many times. Otherwise, the paint will run and ruin a smooth surface by dripping down.

This paint freshened up my old Snapper mower .

a nice shade of green, covers well, used it on part of my mountain bike.
