Retro light trim
Love this light! Easy to install, gives off bright light and looks way better than the 1970's light trim. What a difference.

Perfect fit!
Fit perfectly! And looks great. Better than other like-kind with the frosted glass. Real glass. Let's enough light through. Looks like it's supposed to be that way. Fits a 40 year old fixture like it came with it. Installed quickly as well.

Replacement high-quality
There are hundreds of homes that have these rusted out in Ventura California. I gave my neighbor my old one because they didn’t have one.

Awesome Trim!
Was having a hard time finding a trim to replace an old light fixture for the front of the house "Night Light", original trim is from about the '60s was amazed this was a perfect fit and even slightly bigger outer flange which I wanted to cover the old decrepit look on the old one. I would definitely recommend, it gives off plenty of brightness with a nice heavy-duty glass to boot. Great product and value for the money.

This is the least expensive way to bring life to a 50-year-old fixture!
I was just about to spend close to $400 to update my 8" square light fixtures. I had one in the entry, and one in the kitchen (over the sink), and I was starting a remodel. As I began to explore ways to bring costs down, I came across these fixture cover updates. Damn, I saved over $300, and I LOVE the look. The frame is white and the same shape, but the glass is much beefier and looks fantastic! You cannot go wrong with these. Did I mention it took me less than 90 seconds to do the change out? So damn simple. Buy it. You'll be glad you did.

Fast fix
I had no idea what to do with the original light fixtures. I asked my electrician if I could turn it into a recessed light or add a fixture. His reply...I can do whatever you want as long as you can pay for it. While looking for square lighting fixtures I found this. For $20 and a few minutes of my time I had a whole new look. It is a temporary fix because they still look a little dated but I’m delighted with how they add so much light to a room and were so easy to install

Fitting is perfect.
Been looking for a replacement light for a long time, this one fit the bill. The glass is patterned thus requires an extra powerful bulb for light to shine through.

Poorly Designed
Glass lens easily pops out of frame and is very difficult to reseat in frame.
