how many FiberFlex Rod and how many stainless steel reinforcing wire mesh comes with the tool?

There are (15) 12" long pieces of FiberFlex rods and one 10" x 5" piece of stainless mesh included in the kit.

This one is not, but we do make one. Please visit our website for the 240V version as we do not sell it on Amazon.

Can you use this to repair a quarter sized hole?

Actually there is a better product I use now, Binglinghua 110V/220V Hot Stapler Car Bumper Fender Fairing Welder Gun Plastic Repair Kit 200 Staples, they are out of stock now, but you can find a similar item at Amazon or Ebay.
