Perfect for toddlers
Best thing to use prior to swim lessons. It keeps my son floating. He feels safe and secure. It comes as advertised and fits well. My nephew has his mother purchase one as well. Definitely something to buy if you have a pool or to use at the beach.

Replacement is perfect.
Editing my review based on the exceptional customer service and the replacement they sent me. They contacted me wanting to make it right and sent me a brand new one that fits my toddler perfectly. The straps stay on her shoulders like they should and I’m very happy with how it snugly fits her.Poor design. The shoulder straps will not stay on my toddler’s shoulders. She easily can slide her arms out. She is 25lbs and this is meant for 13-30lbs. It should fit her well based on that.

It fits my 24.5 lbs 2.5 year old
Fits my 24.5 lbs 2.5 year old. She is quite skinny so I was afraid it wouldn’t fit her but it does nicely. It remains in place in the water too. I love the three straps on the back

Great product
My daughter is petite for her age and normal puddle jumpers are too big for her but this one fits her perfectly. She’s 2.5 and 25 lbs. I bought the 13-30 lb size

My daughter felt very confident in the water using this life vest. Good quality & the clips were childproof so she couldn’t take it off by herself

Shoulders won’t stay up
Item was a gift in April for a child and did not use until swim season started in June. So I missed the return window. Child is in the weight window for the vest but the shoulders will not stay up. The only adjustment is one back strap around the waist area and that does not help with the shoulders. Cosmetically the item did not arrive as pictured which I thought may be ok. But sadly, functionally unuseable.
