GET IT! Favorite heating pad I've ever owned
I have Fibromyalgia and get migraines, I carry majority of my daily pain in my neck and shoulders. This heating pad has changed my mornings. I put it around my neck while sitting on the couch with my morning coffee and it makes my mornings MUCH easier. It is heavy like a weighted blanket, which makes the heat strong enough to actually penetrate those sore muscles. I keep mine at work now and am ordering a second one for at home. This product is now a daily part of my routines!

Product works great, but level of customer service is outstanding
Product works great, but most significant is the level of customer service. After 2 years it stopped working with an error message, I contacted them through their web site. Once I explained the problem they verified my purchase shipped me a replacement.No hassle, No drama, just great and timely support.

Good but not great
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works pretty good. Is comfortable even for myself with a thick neck. The big problem though is even at full it doesn’t get nearly hot enough. It’s a warming pad more than a heating pad.

Great buy, love this!
I find this a great heating pad for the shoulders and neck area. It’s weighted but not heavy, it heats up quickly enough and I turn the heat all the way up and find it hot enough.

Comfortable and designed for the neck and shoulder area.
The collar comes up high around the neck. We are both seniors and have sore necks. This knocks out the pain. We turn it on while watching TV in the evening and share it with each other. Another night of sound sleep!

Excellent product
Very pleased with this back/neck heating pad. I have a very bad issue with the muscles in my upper shoulder and back and this pad has 9 heating settings with a timer. It fits snuggly and I also use it for one of my bad knees!

I love this product. Very soothing to my aching shoulders & neck. It also warms me up on those chilly fall/winter nights.

Worth the money
It works really well and heats up quickly. Just doesn’t always sit the greatest up on my neck. If you lay down with it on you can get it to stay more up on your neck.
