I cosleep and encourage my lo to explore and do their own thing inside the pen. Not long after receiving the playpen, one of the t bar supports gave to my lo weight when they began to pull themselves up. I messaged the company explaining the defect (no way my child is heavy or strong enough to break the support so easily and so soon after purchase). Without delay, the company replied and worked to replace the defective t bar. Now the playpen is sturdy and holding. Recently, my lo learned how to climb over the side (had to move the mattress from the edge and pull the pen away from all surface structures) and it never gave to the weight- odd way to say it is secure. My lo is fine, not even five minutes after consoling them, they were back up and walking along the sides (still in the process of learning how to walk). 100% satisfied with the quakity of the playpen, and the customer service.

The media could not be loaded. It was a bit challenge to put it all, but very sturdy. It took one or two person to put it all, but it’s hard when you have a cranky baby in the way, but successful. Huge, it can fit a queen size mattress, and it only leave a bit space for playing and a place for toys.

The media could not be loaded. We were looking for a secure playpen for our baby. This one was big enough for both our son and niece to play together. We also were very impressed that we could see what the babies were doing inside the playpen through the monitoring cam.Because of its packing size, I thought it would be challenging to assemble this playpen. I followed the steps in the manual and had no problem to put it together. The instruction was straightforward. It only took me about 10 minutes, and there was no special effort. The self-locking mechanism at the corners really saved me a lot of effort. After I assembled it together, it was very secure and solid. The zip closures on both sides were very convenient for our baby to get in and out of the playpen. We were very pleased with this high-quality product. I would definitely keep the product and give it a thumbs-up.

This is has been the most DIFFICULT assembly by far that I have ever encountered. The instructions are VERY difficult to even understand how and what goes where. I had to basically use common sense and still was left at the end with a misplaced pole so I just taped it together and kept it moving. I don’t send it back because at this point I’m exhausted (my hands really hurt) from putting it together to then dismantle the whole thing😰🥴. So ill just have it for bit I’ll have it since it takes my whole living room. I could not find the instructions not even on YouTube.The instructions should be more clear. Not even IKEA products have been this hard for me and they are only pictures😤

So I bought this to put my queen size mattress in because I am a single mother who co-sleep with my 8month old. And we just learned out to crawl. So to prevent him from falling off I got this. It’s amazing. There is about a 12inch gap on the one sized so the mattress doesn’t take up the entire space but it’s still perfect. I set this up by myself in about 30 minutes or less.

Me encanta. Se agarra muy bien al suelo y se ve bastante resistente. Lo que mas me gusta es la altura, mas alta que otros de su tipo. Para armarlo se necesitan dos personas y hacer algo de fuerza pero es bastante facil. 👍lo recomiendo 100%

I measured the own when I realized it wasn’t the size it said. Now I can’t use it and they won’t let me return. A waste of money I can’t get back
